Merged Credit Reports: The merged report combines the data from all three national bureaus
into a single format, eliminating all duplicate data. This generates a credit
report, in one ordering transaction, that is comprehensive, streamlined and
easy-to-read. In addition, the CIS merged credit report offers features such as
a customizable layout, a summary section for important information and
highlighted derogatory information. Credit scores, however, cannot be merged,
and are delivered as they were calculated by each of the
bureaus.
Residential
Mortgage Credit Report (RMCR):
This comprehensive report complies with or exceeds all Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae,
HUD, and VA guidelines. If a borrower has a complicated credit history, or if
there are four or more items to verify, we recommend ordering a full RMCR.
Delivery of full report is typically within 24 to 48 hours of ordering.
